How do I adjust the dates of a new contract?
When a Host goes to generate a new contract through the Happipad portal, they will have the opportunity to adjust the details of the rental term. Once the contract is signed by both parties, the dates are final and cannot be changed unless requested through the Happipad Support Center.
Hosts or Guests can request a later start date, provided that it is submitted to the Happipad platform 21 days before the current start date. The other party may, but is not required to, accept the new start date. If the new start date is not accepted, then both parties must honour the original start date in the living arrangement agreement.
