What happens if a Host submits a damage claim?

Guests are liable for any damages to the property caused by themselves, their pets, or one of their visitors. Hosts must submit a damage claim to Happipad within 21 clear days of the end date of the living arrangement.
Damage claims must include photos of the damages, evidence showing the cost of repair, and a completed move-in/move-out inspection. Guests will have the opportunity to submit any contradictory evidence. Guests may be liable for damages greater than the security and pet deposits and may be referred to the Happipad Support Centre.
