What is Happipad’s cancellation policy?

According to the Happipad contract, either party may cancel the living arrangement any time before the Start Date. If the Host cancels the living arrangement before the start date, the Security Deposit will be refunded to the Guest.

If the Guest cancels the living arrangement more than one month before the start date, the Security Deposit will be refunded to the Guest, minus a $50 administrative fee payable to Happipad.

If the Guest cancels this Living Arrangement less than one month before the start date, the Security Deposit will be disbursed to the Host, less a $50 administrative fee payable to Happipad. For greater certainty, the Guest will not be entitled to a refund of the Security Deposit.
