Why didn’t I get an email notification?

If you don’t see an email notification in your inbox, we suggest checking your spam, trash, or filtered email folders as well. Often automatic notification emails are filtered straight to your Junk or Promotional folders by your email provider. Simply move the email to your inbox then click the link to verify your account.

Please also confirm your email address is correct in the Happipad box and select Resend.
You should also consider adding Happipad to your safe list so that you can receive future notifications.
